Poor service from FNB.

I received an email with regard to FICA compliance Ref no ***1. I called the number given on the e mail *** on the 30/09/2023 and gave the consultant all the required information and she mentioned that I am now compliant. Subsequently I received another email on the 04/10/2023 warning me to update my details and threatening me with restricted use of my bank account. Now this is very dissapointing comming from an institution like FNB. If FNB persist with this behaviour I will have no option but move to another bank.
