Poor Service from FNB

I am struggling for over a week now to link my PayPal and FNB account. I have been to two different branches but no one can help me. FNB deducts money from my account while I try to connect my FNB to my PayPal but nothing is working. The one says it is the other and nothing is helping me. My money is being deducted every time I want to confirm and link my accounts.
