Poor service from FNB- day 3 in a ROW!!!!

I have been trying to open an FNB channel islands account.

When i click on the link to apply, i receive a "page not found error".

I contract the FNB sales depart, who had no idea what a channel islands account is and put me through to general banking where you don't answer your calls!!!!

what a horrible experience!
