Poor service From FNB

i've been on the phone now for 5 hours, all my Fica documents were send through as requested, but now i'm stuggeling to get them to open my savings account that's linked to my private clients cheq account. My call either gets cut off or they put you on hold for up to 20 min only to be disconnected, and after all that i'm still not able to access the funds in my savings account. I've been with FNB for numerous years now , and this is the first time i've ever stuggled like this. Please assist in opening this account asap
