Poor service from FNB Connect

I have cancelled my cellphone contract with numerous contacts. Were told all will be cancelled once I have used all the airtime etc on the phone. Now my contract has been re-instated and a debit order went off my account. I have contacted FNB Connect twice now and just keeps on getting cut. Cancel the contract on *** and ensure my debit order are reversed!!!
