Poor Service from FNB Connect

<p>I have lost my patience with FNB Connect and thus am forced to once again share my frustation with everyone.</p> <p>My problem is thus:</p> <p>My wife currently has a prepaid phone in her name and already on FNB connect.<br />This number appears on her bank account;<br />On 2 February 2017, I purchased a phone and a flexi bundle from FNB Connect for her and requested that her current number to be ported to the new phone;<br />The phone arrived with two sim cards -one a flexi and the other a prepaid sim;<br />Both these numbers appear on my bank account as I was the one who purchased the phone for her.</p> <p>Then came the chaos!</p> <p>I tried to port her number to no avail;<br />I contacted Connect Complaints and Connect Admin and only after contacting my private banker did someone contact me on around 14:30 on 9 February 2017;<br />This person tried to port the number but failed to do so and informed me that there was a problem;<br />She would log a fault or whatever which would take 24 – 48 hrs to rectify after which she would get back to me;</p> <p>Alas, I am still waiting and after contacting your connect admin this morning on ********** , am still waiting for a response. Alsmost 2 weeks after receiving the phone. This is not the 1st time it has happened. When I bought my phone and converted to FNB, I had similar problems.</p>
