Poor service from FNB connect
<p>On the 7th of September 2016 I wrote to FNB in order to get some feedback regarding by FNB connect account. A week later I recieved a call from a lady that first of all does not know the difference between a sms bundle and a data bundle. And secondly could not answer any of my questions as to how I'm being charged huge amounts of data whilst still within data bundle. </p> <p> </p> <p>She said she will call me back. it is now the 21st of September and nothing. My account is due to be debited in a couple of days with amounts I do not agree with! </p> <p> </p> <p>FNB also dit not send me any notifications for the month that passed to say that my data has been depleted! Isn't this their selling point? </p> <p>When I checked I still had data in my account. </p> <p> </p> <p>Very disappointed. </p> <p> </p> <p>About to close all my accounts ( private and business) with FNB. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>

So we wait! FNB in my opinion was the best thing. They are fast destroying that perception!
All I got was a arrogant sms telling me to set a data limit on my account. THAT IS NOT THE PROBLEM FNB! I need clarification why I am being charged for data whilst still within bundle. Also why did I not recieve a out of bundle notification for August?
