Poor service from FNB Business

I need statements from FNB business banking and cannot get it out of them. To call the call centre is useless. No Luck. Spoke to Taryn Business banking *** and Lebogang at Keywest branch. NO Luc****! Also log a ticked without anyone responded. Ref ***
