Poor Service from FNB (Boom Street Branch)
Not for the first time I had to stand in a queue for more than a hour to make a cash withdrawal from FNB (Boom street branch) There are no chairs to sit and there is only one teller on duty. The other teller is on lunch at 10 am. This is totally unacceptable
