Poor service from FNB bank

It’s been two months since I opened a savings account with FnB. The account was blocked without without my consent and I am now inconvenienced because I can’t access the account. FnB as a financial institution has such a bad service, and they don’t care about their clients. They will promise to call and get your issue resolved but it will never happen. It’s been three weeks now since I launched a complain and it’s all in vain
