Poor service from FNB

Let me just start off by saying I hate complaining and this is the only platform that I can go to to get some action taken. Just in the past hour I tired several numbers to get to someone at FNB to try assist with cancelling my Covid-19 cashflow relief account. The phone calls just end and it takes a very long time to get to someone that I havent gotten to yet. I have wasted literally hundreds of rands on calls in the past two days. I sent mails and was told someone would call me back. All i want is someone to assist me with cancelling the account.
