Poor service from FNB

What a terrible experience we had from FNB. They just have know loyalty to clients if you need there assistance when you are in need there support. We are seriously consider in looking for other venues. They returned our debit orders after we try to make arrangements. A company went into Liquidation owing us around R700K. I could not get hold of a manager to assist, my manager is on leave without letting us know who to contact should we need help.
