Poor service from FNB, as always

FNB is failing to deliver my new device. They insist that they service provider is unable to get hold of me. I have had a securechat dropped by their consultant due to ignorance. I am being told that I will be liable for additional delivery charges but their service provider has never contacted me or attempted to deliver.
