Poor service From FNB account closure division.

I have paid off my credit card, and one of the requirements to close of an account is that a R0.00 rand balance should reflect. I have drafted emails to the Premier banking team at FNB in request to have this account closed. I have not received any feedback from any consultant regarding this matter.

I want that account permanently closed. It's unecessary debt, took me so long to pay it off!!!!! I no longer want it...

FNB must close this account now!!!!!!!
