Poor service from FNB
I feel ****** by FNB I lodged a dispute on the 13th of September and I have been taken pillar to pillar, spoke to different people but no help @ all, I made a purchase of r549 @ a merchant and funds where deducted twice and Fnb won't refund ... I wonder how many people are ****** their hard earned money by the this bank that's supposed to keeping our money safe ..

I was sent a bank statement that doesn't even prove that I was refunded by FNB .. its sad how they don't value our worth to their business, and how they will ignore emails sent to them .
I'm disappointed with the service or maybe they only value the rich, or corporate and us the poor are not recognized..

11 Nov 2023, 08:46I have been ****** by Fnb and they can't even explain it or show me my missing funds, and the service is extremely poor... clearly our money is not safe with them ..
