Poor Service from FNB

Poor service recieved from FNB yet again. Been struggling with getting access to the Revolving Credit facility for almost a month now. Getting incorrect correspondence from various consultants advising differently. I last spoke to Philani Shezi on the 22/06 to which I have sent through documentation. It's been 6 days and have not received any communication from FNB. Extremely poor service.
