Poor service from fnb

I'm very disappointed with the service I received from fnb, on Monday the 15th of June I app**** for a credit card increase limit at Atteridgeville branch, and it was approved. 4 says later the funds are still not available, when I go back to the branch to check what is the delay. I was told the application is pending, I did not sign an acceptance form, yet nobody called to notify me.
