Poor service from FNB

I’m so unhappy with the private client suite secure chat,I mean the turn around time is too long and the Bankers seem to be very lazy,I’m unhappy with FNB.I don’t understand why I am able to upgrade in 2minutes but I have to take too long to downgrade from Private clients.
