Poor Service from FNB

I have been trying to close my Credit card account but i an not being assisted, for the past 2 months I call almost every day, all the consultants tell me that they will forward the request but nothing happens, i sent a compliant (***), i was promised to be called but no one called me. i visited the branch but got no help. I am really tired of this terrible service from FNB, if im not getting any help i am contacting the banking ombudsman because this is NOSENSE.
