Poor Service from FNB

On the 15/09/2023 I received an sms from FNB stating that there was a suspicious transaction for the amount of R 3 973.46 . I was expecting this amount from IC Markets ( $211 ) I waited for 10 days and then followed up with FNB. I also submitted the reference number from IC markets to FNb . I complained online and received 2 calls from FNB . It seems like FNB do not have suitably experienced or trained staff. This issue is still not resolved.
