Poor service from FNB

Very disgruntled with the poor service from FNB smart devices.

I ordered a TV and was told it can only be processed once my TV license was paid. I showed proof that I'm doing a monthly payment but this wasn't good enough. So I went out of my way to get my TV license paid in full.

I was informed that all was in order and would get delivery within 3-5 working days. Delivery was to be made in the 12 June. Excited I waited and received nothing.

I got a call on Thursday 13th June to say that there is a delay due to warehouse being moved but my order will be escalated. I then get a call on Friday 14th June to be informed that the box was damaged and the courier will not accept it. I asked when will be done. I was told as soon as they get a replacement.

I called on Tuesday the 17th June only to be told that the matter is going to be escalated and the warehouse is still waiting for stock.

It's now gone Thursday the 20th June 2019 and I'm still waiting to hear when will the stock be delivered to the warehouse.

It is infuriating when I'm always getting calls from FNB consultants saying I'm a good client and take on an offer or two but in return FNB cannot come to the party... What kind of service is this?

I wanted the television as a gift... But guess what... I'm still waiting.

The slogan should be changed to... FNB.... We can't help you.

As a valued client of FNB I'm disgusted with this poor service. Can you not compromise since seeing everytime I'm called by FNB I'm alwys told that I'm a valued client and has never faulted on any payments...

And yes... I'm still waiting for somebody from management of FNB to call me
