Poor Service From FNB

#1) I called FNB Connect Customer Service in September last year to cancel one of my sim cards with them instead of them cancelling it, instead they changed it to a package where I had to pay R180/month. After they deducted R180 from my account, I called customer service again. They finally cancelled the package, but repeated attempts to get a refund from them have not born any fruit. On 28 March, I called FNB Connect from inside the Thabo Mbeki branch in Polokwane, and I was told that the admin people would ensure that I got a call from them on that same day, but I got no call from them. Yesterday, a consultant at FNB told me that the last remark on their system is that my case was resolved, and advised me to try some means outside of FNB to try to get them to refund.

2) On 28 February I deposited R710 at an FNB ATM Thabo Mbeki branch. The ATM displayed a message that said "Transaction Cancelled" but didn't return my cash. Next day I reported at the same FNB branch. I was made to fill in a form, and a consultant advised me that the money would reflect in my account in 3 working days (that would be Wednesday 6 March). The money didn't reflect in my account as promised, and I'm still waiting. I went back to the branch and was told to expect it on the 7th or 8th March, but still it's not reflected.
