Poor service from FNB

Hi. I ordered my business card in August and was promised that it will be delivered after two weeks, than on the 9th Sept got a call that the card will be delivered on the 11Sept (got that on SMS confirming but no indication of time). Than it was the 11th Sept and no call or delivery was made. On the morning of the 12Sept i received an SMS saying my card was activated ( ********** 479) i sent an email to ********** to say how is my card activated cause i don't have it with me???? On the 14th Sept i took a day off to go to the bank to demand answer's and i was told that the card was delivered to a person who was found at my premises (stranger) and he/she signed for it i hear. So my question is how can they give someone my business card without my authority and my knowledge???? Firstly no one called to say their on the way nor on my premises cause i was advised to carry my ID in order for them to release my card but it was not done according to their 'terms and conditions'. I launched in a complaint on the 14thSept and i got a call 30mins after the complaint from the courier(takealot) and some lady told me that the driver who delivered the card has a right to give the card to anyone the find at the address given! i asked why didn't he/she call me and she said the driver's don't have airtime EISHH!!!!!!!! LIKE REALLY????????? Again on the 17thSept i received a call the courier (takealot) and the guy was asking me for the phone no of the person(stranger) they gave the card to LIKE REALLY............

Its the 20th now i still don't have my card.

FNB you have gaven me the poorest of services ever!!! How can you guys allow this?? or i'm not that important to you as you have billions of clients?????????
