Poor service from Fnb

I'm banking with fnb for 8 years and the service is very poor. I have unauthorized debits and I tried calling them but an operator answers and says disputing debit orders is not available. There is no way getting to the call centre and past their operator. It's like they don't want to assist customers as their operator cuts us off. How does a professional bank make us speak to an operator. I will take my business and personal account to another bank who appreciates their clients.
