Poor service from fnb

Poor service from fnb loan repayments.

I have tried countless times to contact fnb with regards to making payment arrangements and I'm getting no where with finding help. Iv contacted them directly on the 25th of last month with regards to tripple debuting me and instead I was passed on from pillar to post, line cutt off and I had to call again, only to be given the wrong number of the debt collection company they work with. I ended up reversing the funds back to my account, hoping they would contact me but till date, nothing. Today I went inside the westgate fnb brunch and I was still unlucky in getting the correct number for law active! No 1 seems to know what their doing? Iv run out airtime and out of money, trying to sort this out. All I want to do is to settle the account with the correct debt collection team under fnb. Helo Peter, ur my last hope!
