Poor service, ********** at canal walk branch and overcharging

Fnb overcharges customers for credit cards not received. I took out my card in Dec 2021. Never received the card it's now run up a bill of charges to date I have not received the card. However someone tried to use the card at dischem but I haven't received the card and have tried numerous times to have this card collected they can't trace it. Jow the card is in canal walk and no one has notified me. But in have to pay fees on this card.
