Poor service (***** department)

Long story but il sammarise,Last year November I was ****med a lot of money and I reported a case to SAPS and also to FNB ***** department for investigation and the investigator email me saying ders no money in the beneficiaries account which I understand but my problem is they didn't give me more information of what really happened coz they were suppose to tell me that my money was transferred or it was withdrawn and when I ask their telling me that I must talk to the police.
