Poor service Fraid department

I cannot call fnb whenever I need to transact on my account .whatever soft lock that is in place can it be removed . It is irritating . This morning Keabetswe from early ***** detection called me . No telephone etiquette. Talks as though she is sick then terminated call without assistance or resolving my query. I called back ***. Gets transferred from 1 agent to another … no man catch a wake up . !! To do an EFT payment is now a pain in the back side
