Poor service for update our records
I have paid my temporary loan on the 25th of April update is not yet updated on the ITC. Is still showing as active. I have been following this up is almost 2 weeks now. Am busy saying they will look at my query. From the complaint department I was told it has been allocated to the agent that all.

22 May 2023, 13:00It is now going to be a full 1 Month I have paid my temporary no update. I was asked to send my ITC Report to the temporary loan after that I never heard from them. Instead all other accounts with FNB paid same time were update but this temporary loan nothing. Worse part your sent email and no confirmation nothing is this a service we need to get it as client or is all about who are you.
