POOR SERVICE FOR PRIVATE CLIENTS

I'm gravely disappointed in the service that I have received from FNB.
Our family are loyal FNB supporters for almost 30 years and have recently experienced exceptionally poor service.
All of our finances are with FNB, but I'm seriously considering moving to another bank.

Reasons:

1. We recently app**** for a homeloan . I have a very strong balance sheet. Other banks offered the full loan at prime minus 1. FNB offers 60% at prime and refuses to assist.
2. I have to contact FNB to find out who my private banker is.. I never hear from her unless I have to re'fica'my account. On top of this, I receive poor emails titled 'fyi'.
3. My private banker informs me that I have to re-apply to be an FNB private client. She informs me that I need to collect my new cards at an FNB branch. I refuse to do this as what is the point of being an FNB private client if cards can't be delivered?
4. The private banker informs me that the new cards will be delivered. I'm still waiting. It's almost a month later.

I'm in retail and understand that customer service is the most important aspect of any business. Customers pay our salaries.

Raymond THomas
