Poor service for private banking client

I am a private banking client with FNB. I app**** for a short-term loan through the app due to an emergency situation. I was informed that the funds would take 72 hours to reflect in my account, according to the feedback I received from the consultant via the chat functionality. This feels like daylight *******; the debit check was approved a day ago, and your contract states that I am being charged from the day I accepted the contract. Charging me interest on funds I do not possess is akin to *******.

Your service is unacceptable, and I will not recommend FNB to others
