Poor service for loan customers at fnb

I visited an fnb branch requesting for loan settlement letter I was given a phone to call for myself I was transferred to one consultant to another and I never got help even the manager of the branch could not assist me,I then secured a chart but to no avail,I ended up being assisted in another bank, i felt disappointed
