Poor service FNB Upington

4 moths ago I left Standard bank and move to FNB. Why I ever did that I wont know. 5 months ago I bought a R250 000,00 worth of car through Wesbank who are part of FNB. Financed it in 2 days no problem at all. After I moved to FNB I app**** for a credit card and they told me that there were some listed stuff on my ITC. I went to an attorney and gave FNB all my ITC reports to show that my name are cleared long time ago. 14 visits to the branch in Upington and about 10 mails and 3 months down the line I am still without any answers. Every time is the same excuse. Sir we have to wait a couple of days for the system to update or the most famous 1 we will call you. Again and again I have to take off from work to go into the branch to find the same lame excuses. There are no number where you can just call them to get an update only email and they almost never reply to those. I just bought a home cash and have to take out a bond for the repairs on the house but at this moment I will definitely take my business elsewhere. I had some issues with my previous bank but not half as much in all those years that I now having with FNB. Very very poor and unprofessional service.
