Poor service, FNB ***** money

Can somebody please assist me with the following.

I got the following code #ITEM PAID NO FUNDS 2 ITEMS ON 22/02/ - R225,00 was deducted from my account for no reason. This is not the first time that. Unacceptable and frustrating. I'm at the point where I want to change banks. Please assist and explain.
