Poor Service FNB Private Banking - Valentine Dube

Hi there I have been trying to phone /email my FNB Private Banker Valentine Dube for the last 2 weeks with no response. We pay an additional fee for the luxury of an FNB Private Banker but you dont reserve the service. FNB up your game before start losing more market share to your competitors. Please get his manager to call and explain why we are being ignored.
