Poor service FNB Montague Gardens Western Cape

the branch at Montague Gardens in Cape town have a branch number which I have been trying for months ***. today at 10h40 I finally managed to get through and left a message with the lady who took the call - I will not publish her name. I am still waiting for someone to call me and have made another 7 calls to this branch which just get cut off not even an answer!!!!. I've also tried calling the customer care line with no luck.
