Poor service - FNB How can we NOT help you.

I am having issues with my credit card. Have called the call centre more than 4 times and consultants are giving me a run around and no-one is assisting me with the root cause. Its becoming frustrating as I cannot use my card. Premier banking is just a name the service offering hasn't been that different to normal banking. Instead of giving me service based on how can we NOT help you, please can some one call and actually assist me.

Thank you for your feedback. Someone did try calling me just before 10am and, he said he will call back. Around 4pm I realised he had not called back so I called the complaints department number displayed on your post. I spoke to a lady who informed me she has asked the other department to call me back asap. I told her I know most people leave at 5pm and would appreciate a call back before the end of the day. She assured me she would tell the guy to call back asap.. close to 6pm noone had called. Tried calling your complaints number and it was now after office hours. Got routed to premier banking and the guy meant to be dealing with this was unknown to them. I could not let this go another day as I have been trying to sort it out for weeks. So the only thing was for me to start kicking and screaming just to get assistance. Eventually the lady assisted me but I must say this whole incident highlighted once again that the quality of service has gone down the drain. Some promises made to clients are not always kept unless one starts throwing his / her toys outside the cot. It is quite sad how FNB is a good bank when you do not need to interact with consultants (telephonic or in branch) because your service is frustrating. This is not the first time I have had issues this year and you guys need to do something about your service offering and improve some aspects of the client experience you provide.
