Poor service FNB Home Loans

It is impossible calling the FNB Home Loans call center. I tried numerous times and waited forever with no answer. Wasting my airtime. Tried the self help chat however they redirected me back to calling the call center. I'm trying to inform them that my property is on the market for sale but they are making it impossible to notify them.
