Poor service Fnb Home loans

We are just receive the worst service from FNB home loans..Regarding the bond cancelation process., from their legal dept They want to charge me legal cost when I want to close up my bond. Of R36000 . Yes I agree the bond was in arrears and arrangements have been made to pay extra every month. No one at any stage have ever written to me or on the phone that I will be charged this extra amt. Finally when I manage to find a buyer . And request close up figures They only now get greedy an ask for extra legal cost. This is not not acceptable from a big company this them ..
