poor service fnb fourways ,atm ddnt refund

i went Fnb branch in fourways to deposit money for the shop at the atm , the atm took the money but said unsuccessful , it printed the receipt, i went inside the bank to get help , i was attended by the Lady ,she made me fill the forms and took the slip and said i must come after 3 days , when i came back she said she gave the forms to Derick and Derick forgot to log the complaint , i had to start the process again , they showed no remorse , at the shop the money R3080 is not reflecting on the account , its not the first time the services is very poor , even now we waiting no response, the shops are not taken serious banking with fnb
