Poor Service FNB

My funds from SARS was put on hold. Now i am sitting without any money. FNB does not have the right to put a hold on my own money, SARS did an audit 21 days money was paid out on Thursday, yesterday Friday money was on hold. If this is the case closing my account and opening a new account with a different bank.
