POOR SERVICE FNB DISSPOINTED
First National Bank called me in March and offered me a switching deal. I accepted after a very long conversation. They sent and sms advising what documents would need to be submitted. I submitted the documents and nobody called no sms received. I called them spoke to a lady who assisted me with her email and again i never heard if all was in order or received, so i called back spoke to Rubin, Deniel on the 24th April at 09:09. She sent me the email address and i submitted documents again. On the 24 April at 11:32 a i requested the quote and the switching deal application to sign.On the 28 April I requested this documentation again, bear in mind that it takes - 15 minutes just to get through. On the 05th May they smsd requesting documents which i had given already, i resubmitted them. They sent me the card and promised that they would pay up the other debts which till this day hasn't been done.I Called the day after I received the card on *** to find out whats happening they cut me off , referred me to other departments gave me wrong info. After about the third attempt somebody assisted referring me to ***.nothing sorted in till today in regards to paying the debt
