Poor service FNB Carlswald

<p>Last week I called FNB premier to find out the process of foreign currency and was told I can do it online or go to the branch then the call ended. I went into the Carlswald branch on Saturday and told the host at the front what currency I need to purchase so he told me to go to the tellers and they can help me. After standing in the queue for half an hour, I was told that I cannot be helped because they only sell dollars and pounds. This is pathetic service and a waste of my time. </p>
