POOR SERVICE FNB CAPE TOWN ESTATE ADMINISTRATION DEPARTMENT

It is understood that the passing of my father occurred during COVID-19 lockdown and that there were certain restrictions in the ability to deliver on this obligation timeously. Regardless of these challenges there were ample time to do this with urgency and diligently. The efficiency and support provided by FNB as the executors is not satisfactory and certainly not efficient as other equivalent service providers. This is been going on for 7 months – and still “estimated” for another 2-3 months. The haphazard handling of this case is completely unacceptable, the ability to provide advice and act on request and deliverables are not done in a professional manner. This service provided by FNB as Executors is a service for which FNB receive financial compensation.

I would like this matter to receive the necessary professional attention it deserves, and communication done including myself.
