Poor service - FNB cannot even cancel an account

I cancelled my credit card with FNB at the Willowbridge branch. Last month they phoned to say somehow the cancellation did not go through and could I pay R100 for a transaction that went through. Then they deducted a fee of R52 from my Standard Bank account for costs and I received another notification now that I owe them R52 for bank costs. Really??? That is why I cancelled the account - unsatisfactory service!!!
