Poor Service FNB!!!

Poor service delivery from FNB Credit Card devision.

I have formally requested a closure of my Petro Card on the 8th of May 2020 already and nothing more than acknowledgement has been received neither has any action been taken to resolve this matter.

Shocking that this institution is not living up to its promises of excellence.
