Poor Service FNB

If it were up to me I would not even give FNB a 1 star rating. I have asked FNB to close my account a month ago. Still nothing. Everytime I call there is a “process” and I have to wait 5-7 working days or someone will call me (still waiting)It has been a month exactly today and still NOTHING. I feel that FNB is stalling the process because I want to close my account and so that they can take another months banking fees!!
