Poor Service FNB

Since Saturday my account has been frozen been to Bedford Center, Eastgate and Medowdale for assistance. Heard from an investigator on Monday, several follow up down and still no joy and no feedback given. I need my salary to survive and also need to consult with a medical practioner. Absolutely poor service, been terribly humiliated and embarrassed by this whole situation.

Give me my salary and let's close the account this is totally unacceptable.
