Poor Service FNB
My experience with Fnb was shocking, I have called every department and went into the branch twice for a simple query ( paid up letters) for my debt review agencies and to close all accounts except my cheque account, everything on email. I have also spoken to numerous employees that just transfers me from one to the next where I waited a lifetime before someone picks up. I've spend almost 3 hours on the phone and emails but I have recieved no feedback and the simple task is to send me my paid up letters for my accounts that I have settled. This documentation is quite important to me and it is so frustrating and difficult for them to help me.

The service is extremely poor and I would never recommend this bank or even any product to say the least.

I have recieved about 80% support and help but I still need my cheque account paid up letter as previously mentioned in emails that I don't get a reply from. I have sent numerous emails again to send me paid up letters and close ALL ACCOUNTS with FNB but I don't get feedback. I this sorted asap. Hope to hear from you soon.

It is impossible to get trough to them and this is frustrating. I would never recommend them to the public. The service and feedback is horrible.
As discussed in my previous review I need the above mentioned paid up and closure letters as soon as possible.
