Poor service

I waited in line for close to an hour, inside the bank there are people on the desks but no one being helped. The queue is long with people having to return to work. When I eventually went in, no help was given or even attempted. I'm disgusted at the service and the lack of professionalism. I left work only to be told to go to another branch.
